Sweet & Spicy Boneless Buffalo Wings
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the Gluten Free All-Purpose Flour, paprika, garlic salt, onion powder, salt, and pepper; set aside. Using a medium bowl place the chicken and coconut milk together and let set for 20 minutes. Over medium heat, in a large sauce pan, combine Natural Sunflower Spread and the remaining sauce ingredients. Bring the sauce to a boil and remove from the heat; set aside. In a deep fryer, heat oil to 375°F. Remove the chicken from the milk mixture and place in the bowl with the breading mixture. Toss the chicken in the mixture until well coated. Place in the fryer for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown. Allow the oil to drain from the fried chicken pieces by placing them on a plate covered in paper towels. In a large bowl, pour the cooked sauce in the bottom and place the cooked chicken pieces in, stir until all pieces have been coated in sauce. Serve warm.
