Pearled Sorghum Grain Stuffed Peppers

In a skillet over medium heat brown ground beef, onions, and garlic. Once fully cooked drain off the excess grease. In a large bowl combine Nu Life Market’s Pearled Sorghum Grain, browned ground beef, black beans, corn, and tomato paste. Cut the tops off of the peppers and remove seeds. Fill with the pearled sorghum and ground beef mixture. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until peppers are soft and the centers are warm.
