Yield and Phytosterol Composition of Oil Extracted from Grain Sorghum and Its Wet-Milled Fractions

Corn fiber contains an oil with high levels of three potential cholesterol-lowering phytosterol compounds. Little information is available about the levels and types of phytosterols in sorghum.
