Fried Pickles

Heat oil in a deep fryer to 375°F. In a large bowl whisk together the Gluten Free All-Purpose Flour, paprika, garlic salt, pepper, onion powder, and salt; set aside. Drain the pickles, reserving ½ cup of juice in a small bowl. In the small bowl with the reserved pickle juice add the eggs and whisk together. Place the drained pickles in the egg wash. Toss in the flour mixture until the pickles are well coated. Carefully place the coated pickle chips into the fryer. Fry for 1-2 minutes or until golden brown. Remove to a paper towel- lined plate to drain. Serve warm.
